Zipaquirá- Colombia
Catedral de Sal of Zipaquirá I took this photo on my trip to Colombia, in the last summer. During that trip, I visited many cities in my country that I did not know, for example Zipaquirá, a small town just outside of Bogotá. It is a very beautiful place, the square is large and has a church of two centuries ago, the people are very friendly and the weather is also very nice, but that I liked most about that Zipaquirá was the Catedral de Sal, located 185 meters inside a mine and is considered the number one wonder of Colombia. It was very difficult to take the photo for the low lighting, but I like because you can see the cathedral made 100% salt. Everything there is made of salt, really. It is a beautiful place, and you can visit in an hour. Under the earth is not only the Catedral, there are also coffee shops, handcraft and you can know more about the work of the miners and the work they do in the mine.
